Complete a two way table to calculate the totals

Happy Not Happy Total
---------------------------------------------------------
Model A 8 2 10
---------------------------------------------------------
Model B 16 9 25
---------------------------------------------------------
Total 24 11 35

Analysis

From that table is easy to see that those who were not happy, who are 11:

- 2 purchased model A, which is (2/11)*100 % ≈ 18.18% ,

- and 9 purchased model B, which (9/11)*100 % ≈ 81.82%.

Then, the answer to the question is:
Of those who were not happy with their purchase, about 18% purchased model A, and about 82% purchased model B.
