This isn't true. If
x=\frac\pi4, you get


2\csc\left(2*\frac\pi4\right)=2\csc\frac\pi2=2

while


\csc^2\frac\pi4+\tan\frac\pi4=\left(\sqrt2\right)^2+1=3
