The correct answer is c, y =7. I got my answer by first plugging in 8 for x:
y = 8/2 + 3
Next, I divided 8 by 2 and got 4.
y = 4 + 3
Lastly, I added 4 + 3 to get 7.
So your final answer in y = 7.
