\\abla f(x,y)=\left\langle(\partial f)/(\partial x),(\partial f)/(\partial y)\right\rangle=\left\langle(2x)/(x^2+y^2),(2y)/(x^2+y^2)\right\rangle

You didn't provide the "given point", but I assume you're capable of plugging it in.
