y+(-y)=0, because the Inverse property states that a number added to it's inverse equal 0.

Answer:

The statement y + (-y) = 0 shows the inverse property of addition

Explanation:

The inverse property of addition states that any number y, that is added to its inverse number - y will give as a result 0. This is exactly what shows statement A : y + (-y) = 0

Statement B states the Identity property where any number which we add 0 gives the original number. The statament c is the Multiplication by one property where any number multiplied by 1 gives the original number, the variation of identity property of addition, and D is only a normal addition.
