Two times the sum of x and 10.

B 2x + 10

C 2(x + 10)

D 2 + x + 10

C.

Explanation:

It's c because you need the sum of x and 10 but both multiplied by 2. So it wouldn't be A nor B because they are both subtracting. That would leave you with C and D and d doesn't have anything to do with multiplying. I dunno made sense to me.
