First, find out the discounted price. So do $36 times .10 which gives you an answer of $3.60. So add that to $36 which gives you $39.60 which was the original price.

39.6 is the answer be cause 36 tme .10 gives you 3.9 then you add thet 3.9 to your 36 and get 36.9.
