(2x+3)^2 - (2x-3)^2=(2x+3)*(2x+3)-(2x-3)*(2x-3)=(4x^2+12x+9)-(4x^2-12x+9)=4x^2+12x+9-4x^2+12x-9=24x
So the answer is 24x
