We know, the Perimeter = 2(l + w)
Here., l = 3z + 2
w = 2z + 3

Substitute their values,
P = 2(3z + 2 + 2z + 3)
P = 2(5z + 5)
P = 10z + 10

In short, Your Answer would be 10z + 10

Hope this helps!
