X songs
Y games

A) 8X + 3Y = 20.50
B) 4X + 5Y = 22.50

Multiplying equation B) by -2
B) -8X -10Y = -45.00 then adding this to
A) 8X + 3Y = 20.50 we get
-7Y = -24.50
Y = 3.50

I think you can calculate X right?
