The volume of the cone that can best or perfectly fit into a cylindrical shaped object is 1/3 of the volume of the cylinder.
volume of cone = 1/3 (volume of cylinder)
Substituting the known values,
volume of cone = 1/3 (21) = 7
Thus, the answer is 7
