For every 2/3 cup,
vanilla is = 4 tsp
1 cup of sugar = 4 / 2/3 = 4*3 /2 = 12/2 = 6
6 tsp of vanilla should be used for every 1 cup of sugar.

For every 2/3 cup, vanilla need = 4 tsp
