Its easy, I'll show you how to do this kind of a question.

Use this formula

Part over whole equals percentage over 100. Because any percentage is that number over 100, for an example, 37% is really also 37 / 100

Part / whole = % / 100%

So you have to know 3 of the 4 missing items.

We already know 16 is the part, we need to know the whole. We also know it is 80 % so it is 80/100

So we put it this way

16 / x (unknown whole) = 80/100

We cross multiply

80x = 1600

divide both by 80

x = 20

0.8(16) =
Your result is: 12.8
