The voltage in an electricity circuit is multiplied by itself each time it is reduced. The voltage is 27/125 of a volt and it has been reduced three times. What was the original voltage in the circuit?

Since you have to multiply this by itself to reduce it, you have to divide it by itself to get your original voltage.
