Henry needs 1 2/3 cups of sugar, or 5/3 cups of sugar.

If the first one is supposed to be 1 cup the you would need 1 and 2/3 cups of sugar. If it is supposed to be a different number feel free to comment it and I will be happy to correctly answer.
