Why do you think some buildings (especially newer ones) are safer than others during an earthquake? Explain your answer!

Answer:

This is because they are made stronger at the base. Their foundation is very strong and now a days buildings are made very strong at the base so that they can handle any bigger trouble like earthquakes

Answer: architecture has evolved and buildings are becoming more sturdy.

Explanation: taller buildings are weathered with stronger frames and usually a wider base to make it so tough against earthquakes.
