the last one:
when the glass is broken, it's not changing into a new substance, just changing its form. so the only difference is the fact that they are broken or not

How do you know that melting ice is a physical change?
Because you're not adding another substance to the ice so the properties still remain the same of the ice, it's just changing it's form
