h(4)=(gof)(4)=g(f(4)) so you must find
f(4) first.

f(4)= (1)/(4-3) =1

h(4)=(gof)(4)=g(f(4))=g(1)

So you look at what g(1) is?

g(1)=1^2+3=4

Therefore, h(4)=4
