Add 3 to both sides
18<-9j
Divide -9 on both sides while flipping the inequaltiy sign.
Final Answer: -2>j

Hey there...
15 < -9j - 3
Let's change them side
-9j - 3 > 15
-9j > 15 + 3
-9j > 18
j > 18/-9
j < -2
