there are 4 cups in 1 quart therefore,
5 quarts = 20 cups
*multiply 5 and 4 to get answer*
there are 1000 meters in a kilometer
0.7 km = 700 meters
*multiply 0.7 by 1000 to get answer*

the answer is 700 meters
why?
1. km=1000.m so when you move the 1 to the right .1 you have to do the same woth 1000. which will be 100.0
the answer is 20
why?
1 quart=4 cup so change 1 to 5 which means *5 and the same with cups 4 to 20 which means *20
