subtract 25 from 85 and that is your x

On number 10, they are alternate interior angles, which means they are congruent. So you would set it up as x+25=85. After working that out you should get x=60. On number 11, they are supplementary angles which means if they are added together they will equal 180. Your equation is 65+5x=180. After you solve that you should get x=23.
