lol I'm pretty I'm wrong or not but it is 3/17. First you multiply the 5 by 3 and then add 2. You will get 17. You put 17 over 3 which is 17/3. Since it's saying the reciprocal it will be 3/17 then.

first you make it into an improper fraction in this case 17/3 m, then you flip it so the answer is 3/17 hope this helped!
