A class of 40 students elected a class president. There were 12 votes for Candidate A, and 18 votes for Candidate BB. The rest of the class did not vote. Which expression gives the percent of voters who voted for Candidate A?

Also if you divide 12 and 40 you get 6 and 20, so 6 over 20. Then multiply both numbers by 5 to get 30 over 100 or 30%
