well if you add 7+9+6+8=30 and the highest number was 9 so prob. is that you would spin 9 reds of out 30 spins so your answer would be  B. 9/30

Answer: B. 9/30

Explanation:

Given table :

Result Frequency

Blue 7

Red 9

Green 6

Yellow 8

Total frequency :
7+6+8+9=30

Highest frequency among all = 9

Now, the experimental probability for the highest frequency is given by :-

P(H)=\frac{\text{Highest frequnecy}}{\text{Total frequency}}\\\\\Rightarrow\ P(H)=(9)/(30)

Hence, the experimental probability for the highest frequency =9/30
