8800 cm

Explanation:

length of one turn = circumference of the circle =
\pi x diameter = 4
\pi

So 700 turns = 700 x 4
\pi = 2800
\pi

You are told to use 22/7 for
\pi

Therefore, length of the wire = 2800 x 22/7 = 8800 cm
