Pretty sure its B, because if you don't insert a comma in between rusty and weather worn, it is considered a run on sentence

A. is incorrect because ship isn't included as a list adjectives.

B. is correct because it is including all of the listing adjectives in the sentence including the commas.

C. is incorrect because you don't put a comma in the middle of the sentence "not seem, seaworthy".

D. Is incorrect because ship isn't included as a listing adjective.

B. is correct.
