To turn a percent into a decimal you will divide it by 100. 120/100=1.20. Now change that to a fraction 1.20=1 20/100
20/5=4/2=2/2=1
100/5=20/2=10/2=5
1/5 is your fraction.

Well the first thing you can do is convert it to 100s which is easiest. 120/100. From there you can simplify by dividing by two, 60/50, 30,25 (at this point you might see that both can be divided by 5), 6,5. Hope this helps!
