I don't know weather or not I should send my 7th grader to school or not. Please help.

You’re comment is very vague. Being the situation of the country, I believe that Your worry is because pandemic that is currently taking place.
If that is what you’re implying you should do what where you’re school district recommended. If you feel uncomfortable with those requirements you can contacts your guidance counselor. If your son/daughter is showing symptoms, you should take them to get tested and they should absolutely not go to school.

If your talking because of corona they should just do online school if they can learn that way.

If your talking about in general yes they need to get their education.
