A. Increase Energy because simple machines are supposed to help humans use less energy and less force when doing a task that normally requires a lot of force and energy

Answer;
Increase energy
Explanation;
A simple machine is any device that reduces human effort to do work. They include, levers, inclined plane, pulleys, etc.
Simple machines make work easier by multiplying, reducing, or changing the direction of a force and also by changing the distance the force acts through.
It is worth noting that simple machines cannot change the amount of work done, however, they can reduce the effort force that is required to do the work. This is to mean, machines can neither increase or reduce the energy involved in doing work.
