Colinear means they're on the same line, so they have the same gradient, gradient is rise/run.
the rise is 23.37-3.37 = 20
the run is 10 - 2 = 8
gradient = 20/8 = 2.5
(y-3.37)/(6-2) = 2.5
(y-3.37)/4 = 2.5
(y-3.37) = 4*2.5
y - 3.37 = 10
y = 13.37
