Well to obtain the value of A, simply write down the X intercepts of the graph, which in this case would be :

(X+4)(X+2) = 0
X ^2 + 2X + 4X + 8 = 0
X^2 + 6x + 8 = 0.
A = 1 B = 6 C = 8
I believe this would be the solution
