C: - 7 1/3 %
You have to take 11/3 * 6 which equals 22 then divide 22 by 3 and it equals 7 1/3 since its dropping in humidity its negative.

Answer: A . -8%

Explanation:

Given : The humidity dropped an average of
1(1)/(3)\% each hour over the last six hours.

which can be written as
-(3+1)/(3)\%=(4)/(3\%)

Then , the total change in humidity in 6 hours will be:-

-6*(4)/(3\%)=-8\%

Hence, the total change in humidity = -8%

Thus , option A is the correct option.
