Solving equations :
-t+9=t+5
Please show work!

okay, so first I would add t to both sides. the equation will now be 9=2t+5 because the -t is canceled out and added to the other side of the equation. Then, subtract 5 from each side, and you'll get 4=2t. divide by 2, t=2.
