Describe and correct the error in rewriting the expression:

Wrong: 6(x + 7) = 6x + 13

it is 6x + 42 because you need to multiply 6 to x and 7 (they are in a parenthesis)

It would be 6(x+7)=6x+42 because you would have to distribute 6 to the 7. They added the 6 and 7 instead of multiplying them.
