D. that the US Grant women suffrage
The Seneca Falls Convention (July 19 to 20, 1848) was the first women’s rights convention in the United States, known as the event that launched the women's suffrage movement. In the meeting, there were held several speeches and manifestos advocating for the social, civil and religious rights of women, in which women argued that all women and men are created equal and demanded to be able to enjoy of the same rights, especially the right to vote.
