Evaluate

(f(5)+g(1))/(f(6)-g(-2))

where
f(x)=x-4 and
g(x)=3x+6

f(5) = 5 - 4 = 1

g(1) = 3 * 1 + 6 = 3 + 6 = 9

f(6) = 6 - 4 = 2

g(-2) = 3 * (-2) + 6 = -6 + 6 = 0

So,

(f(5)+g(1))/(f(6)-g(-2))\\\\\\ =(1+9)/(2-0)\\\\\\ =(10)/(2)

=5\quad\longleftarrow\quad\textsf{this is the answer.}

I hope this helps. =)
