Pablo Casals was a cellist, composer, and conductor, born in Spain. When he was a child he was taught in piano by his father, a choirmaster, and afterward, he was taken to Barcelona by his mother to be taught in the Escola Municipal de Musica. His mother took care of his son's studies in all the ways she could.
