Molar mass Ca(NO3)2 =
164.088 g/mol
number of moles:
250 / 164.088 => 1.523 moles
Volume = 2.5 L
Therefore:
Molarity = moles / Volume
Molarity = 1.523 / 2.5
=>
0.6092 M
