IR = Q
Q = m . v
Qtruck = 2680 . 15
Qt = 40.200 kg . m/s
Then,
Qcar = Qt
m . V = 40 . 200
1340 . V = 40.200
V = 40 . 200 / 1340
V = 30 m / s
