The health related functions are related to heart and lung endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and body composition. Whilst Skill related functions, helps sportsmen and athletes to have the ability to perform difficult movements. Both the health-related fitness and skill related fitness, benefits our body.

Examples of health related activities: Jogging, swimming and walking

Examples of skill related activities: Using a bow and arrow, kicking the football into the goal
