wilson has 60 chocolates. He gives 30% of the chocolates to kids. Write the number of chocolates that he gave to kids

So Wilson has 60 chocolates and we know 50% of 60= 30

So 30 - 20%= 18

18 is your answer

All you have to do is multiply
30%*60. Remember though, 30% is a percentage out of 100, so really it's equal to
(30)/(100) = (3)/(10) = 0.3

Now just multiply that decimal by the 60 chocolates!


60*0.3=18

So he gave away 18 chocolates!
