Put n= -1 on both side
t(0)=-2t(-1)
Now put n=0
We get t(1)= -2t(0)
t(0)= 3/2
t(1)=-2*3/2=-3
Put n=1
T(2)=-2*t(1)
-2*-3
6
Now you can easily found

t(n+1)=-2t(n)
t(n+1) is the term after t(n)
so each term is found by multipilying the prvious term by -2
so
first term is -3
2nd is 6
3rd is -12
4th is 24
5th is -48
6th is 96
7th is -192
thos are some terms
