Answer: Assembly line

An assembly line is a manufacturing process in which parts are added at each workstation as the assembly moves between them, until the final assembly is produced.

The assembly line is mostly associated with the Ford Motor Company. Ford got the idea from seeing how slaughterhouses operated. He transferred this process to car assembly. The moving assembly, along with interchangeable parts, was developed for the Ford Model T in 1913. Such fast production contributed to the spread of cars all over the world.
