South America, Spanish explorers, Cuzco and Pizarro all DO relate to the Spanish conquest of the Inca.

North America, Cortés, Mexico City, and Moctezuma DO NOT relate to the conquest of the Inca, but the conquest of the Aztecs.

The Inca culture developed in the modern Peru located in South America. The empire extended from the northern border of modern Ecuador to the Maule River in central Chile. One of it's most important cities was Cuzco. The Inca Empire was invaded by the Spanish which were led by Francisco Pizarro, they overthrew the Inca leader Atahualpa and conquered Peru in 1532. A spanish colony was stablished in it's place.
