12 oatmeal and 4 chocolate chip.......(12 + 4 = 16)...16 total cookies
probability of first one drawn is choc chip = 4/16 reduces to 1/4
without replacing
probability of second one drawn is choc chip = 3/15 reduces to 1/5
probability of both : 1/4 * 1/5 = 1/20 <==
