(2/3) * (1/3)
Always, during the multiplication of fractions, you multiplicate the numerators alone to get one numerator, and the denominators alone to get one denominator, to make one fraction. The numerator of 2/3 is 2 and the numerator of 1/3 is 1. So you do 2*1 = 2. The denomimator of 2/3 is 3 and the denominator of 1/3 is 3 so you get 3*3 = 9
All in All:
(2/3) * (1/3) = (2*1) / (3*3) = 2/9.

Hope this helps! :D
