Adolph Hitler thought blonde hair and blue eyed people were the superior race, so he started a program for them to procreate together. Also, he thought Jewish people were inferior so he did not want them to reproduce, and then he started an extermination program for them. And, he had programs which exterminated mentally challenged people.
