to solve you must plug in each varible for what is given
they said a=-4 b=-2 and c=-3
so you have to plug those number into the equation in the place they go so
-((-4)^2) +(7 (-2)^4 ) - (2 (-3)^3)
then solve the equation
-16 + 112 +54
combine to get your answer
150

-a^2+7b^4-2c^3

A=-4
B=-2
C=-3

(replace the letters with the numbers)

-(-4)^2 + 7(-2)^4 - 2(-3)^3
-16 + 112 - (-54)
150

Final Answer: 150

I feel like i messed up with my negatives .-. but that's the general idea
