$44.55 + $13.98 = $58.53

The total cost is $58.53. 5 pizzas x 58.53 = total. 20% would be $10 so $5 would be a small tip of 10%.

3 Large cheese + 2 dessert = 3(14.85) + 2(6.99)
= 44.55 + 13.98
= 58.53
20% tip = 0.2 x 58.58 = 11.706 = 11.71
No $5 is not reasonable because a 20% tip is 11.71. If the customer wants to pay 20% tip then he should pay 11.71 if he does not want to give change he should pay 20.00
