Converting 0.8 to a fraction:
0.8 = 8/10 = 4/5
Nora's fabric: 4 / (2/3)
= $6 per unit
Ryan's fabric: 6 / (4/5)
= $7.5 per unit
Thus, Ryan purchased the more expensive fabric.
